Just as we regard the comfort of your stay as top priority, please do the same with our terms and conditions. / The Western Cape and its fragile flora is prone to many destructive fires – whether you are making a fire for a braai or lighting a cigarette (only outside!) please do so in a mature manner. / If any appliances or utensils are not working properly or you have any other valid complaints, please report it on arrival. / Prices and availability are subject to change. / Notify us whether you would like to watch DSTV and bring your own Smart Card. / All persons entering upon and/or using the Witbos Self Catering premises do so at their own risk. In doing so you accept that the owner and/or their management will not in any way be liable or responsible for any injury, death, damage, theft or loss caused to such person or their property brought onto the premises. / We put our property in your care – clean and in full working order on arrival – but we request that you protect our assets and report any damages. If you need assistance to operate any appliances, please ask us. / Special care should be taken not to drag heavy items over the floors. / You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We realise accidents do happen, but please report any as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repairs if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge if you did not report this. / No live or loud music is allowed on the premises. We respectfully request to respect the neighbourhood and neighbours – be considerate with regards to noise, behavior or conduct. / Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged. / With prior approval we shall allow you to extend the vacating time of 10:00 to 17:00, subject to availability. / Your accommodation will be available to you from 14:00 on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be preparing your unit. However, please check with us should you require early arrival. / Please ensure that you check in after 14:00 and contact us no later than 16:00 to let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to notify us may result in the unit being re-let or the full cost of the unit being charged. / We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would refund all monies paid by you for the accommodation. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. / Your booking will be secured by the deposit that you pay on reservation. / A minimum of 2 nights can be booked. / A booking of 2 nights only must be paid in full at the time of booking. / Should you need to cancel your booking a cancellation fee is calculated as a percentage of the full accommodation amount: Cancellation 30-15 days prior to arrival: 70% payment. Cancellation 15-8 days prior to arrival: 75% payment. Cancellation 7-0 days prior to arrival: 100% payment. Non-arrival will incur the full cost of booking. / Bookings for 7 days or less require payment in full. / Methods of payment: Cash in ZAR bank notes. PayPal. Electronic bank transfer.
